Tanning rules
Sunbed use is strictly limited to clients aged 18 and over.
Do not tan two days in a row – your skin needs at least 24 hours to recover.
To build a good base tan, we recommend three sessions per week, then 1–2 sessions per week for maintenance, depending on your skin type.
Allergies
If you have known allergies to cosmetic ingredients or very sensitive skin, please speak with our staff. We’ll help you choose safe products to minimize any reaction.
Items not allowed
The use of vape/e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside tanning cabins or while on the sunbeds.
Health risks
If you are allergic to sunlight, we do not recommend using a sunbed. The UV rays emitted from tanning machines are similar to natural sunlight and may cause the same allergic reactions.
Health conditions
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Before using a sunbed, please be aware of the following health considerations:
Cancer history: If you are currently undergoing diagnosis or have a history of cancer, we strongly recommend speaking with your doctor or oncologist before tanning.
Suspicious skin changes: If you have moles with irregular shape, color, or border, please consult a dermatologist first.
Autoimmune conditions (e.g., lupus, vitiligo) may increase UV sensitivity.
Epilepsy: In rare cases, flashing lights may trigger seizures.
Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea may worsen with UV exposure.
Photosensitising medications: These include certain antibiotics (e.g., tetracyclines), isotretinoin, hormonal therapies, and some antidepressants.
Pregnancy: While not strictly contraindicated, we advise consulting with your doctor before using a sunbed during pregnancy.
